Click here  Thank you for being part of Dear TLC community, The Liveability Challenge 2021 Grand Finale concluded last week with US-based team SeaChange Inc. emerging ahead of a group of six finalists to clinch the grand prize of S$1 million in grant funding from Temasek Foundation. Despite Covid-19 restrictions, we successfully hosted the event at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre in Singapore with a small group of in-person guests, and the finale was live-streamed to a global audience. Sant, the Chief Technology Officer of SeaChange Inc., virtually accepting the grand winner award from Mr Lim Hock Chuan, CEO of Temasek Foundation  Bryan and Kenneth of NEU Battery Materials fielding questions from TLC judge Steve Melhuish, Founder of investment firm Planet Rise at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre The event also featured a plenary discussion on sustainability innovations and achieving impact at scale, where panelists shared their experiences on successful startups who created the right product and found their market fit. Microsoft also announced a new partnership that offers future TLC finalists a spot on the Microsoft for Sustainability Innovation Program for Startups programme. Audience members were also treated to a special presentation by TLC 2020 Grand Winner, TurtleTree Labs!
