Sales & Marketing Manager at Memstar

Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore and neighboring markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local engineering firms, system integrators, and end users.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and collaboration with local water agencies, EPCs, and OEMs.
  • Work closely with the applications and engineering team to tailor solutions for customer needs.

Marketing

  • Lead and execute global marketing campaigns, trade show participation, and product promotions.
  • Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, datasheets, and case studies.
  • Coordinate with global sales teams to ensure consistent branding and message delivery.
  • Manage digital marketing channels including website content, newsletters, and LinkedIn updates.

Tender Proposal

  • Prepare and present technical write-ups.
  • Assist in preparation of bid documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in water treatment, membrane technology, or industrial equipment sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of MBR/UF membrane systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage both customer-facing and internal coordination tasks effectively.
  • Experience in technical proposal writing and marketing communication is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for exhibitions, customer visits, or site support.
