Sales & Marketing Manager at Memstar
Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore and neighboring markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with local engineering firms, system integrators, and end users.
- Drive strategic partnerships and collaboration with local water agencies, EPCs, and OEMs.
- Work closely with the applications and engineering team to tailor solutions for customer needs.
Marketing
- Lead and execute global marketing campaigns, trade show participation, and product promotions.
- Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, datasheets, and case studies.
- Coordinate with global sales teams to ensure consistent branding and message delivery.
- Manage digital marketing channels including website content, newsletters, and LinkedIn updates.
Tender Proposal
- Prepare and present technical write-ups.
- Assist in preparation of bid documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–7 years of experience in water treatment, membrane technology, or industrial equipment sales.
- Strong technical understanding of MBR/UF membrane systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage both customer-facing and internal coordination tasks effectively.
- Experience in technical proposal writing and marketing communication is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally for exhibitions, customer visits, or site support.
