Experienced Product Manager, Reverse Osmosis
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Vision: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for their industrial NF, BWRO, and SWRO products, leveraging deep market intelligence and customer insights.
Business Case Ownership: Develop compelling business cases with input from sales and customers for new product initiatives and enhancements, ensuring commercial viability and justifying investment.
Technical Product Definition: Translate market and customer requirements into clear product specifications and quality standards, collaborating closely with their engineering, supply chain, and quality teams and acting as a key liaison with their Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) in China to ensure seamless product development and production.
Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead the launch of new RO products, crafting value propositions, and developing sales enablement materials that empower their commercial teams.
Lifecycle Management & Compliance: Own the full product lifecycle, ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, and effective management of product changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in industrial water treatment, membrane technologies, or related complex technical products.
Strong understanding of industrial Reverse Osmosis (NF, BWRO, SWRO) processes and applications.
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling commercial value propositions.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
High-level proficiency in English is a must, both verbal and written. Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken). Proficiency in other APAC languages is considered an asset.
The position is based in Aquaporin’s Singapore office with reference to the Head of Commercial Engineering, RO. The position has no direct reports.
